Questions
- What does pilot pricing mean?
- Pilot chapters pay $99 per semester. Prices will go up later; pilot chapters lock in this price.
- Do PNMs need to download anything?
- No. They scan your QR code or tap your link and fill out a short form on their phone. No app and no account.
- Who can see notes and ratings?
- Each brother sees their own. Rushcom and rush chairs see everyone's. Everyone sees the neutral facts gathered from notes, never other brothers' opinions.
- Is voting really anonymous?
- Yes. No one can see individual votes, including the rush chair. Results are counts only, shown after the round closes, and closing a round erases who voted how.
- Does the app text PNMs?
- No. Rushcom members text from their own phones, which feels more personal, and mark it done in the app so the rush chair can follow along.
- How do we get started?
- Create an account and set up your chapter in a couple of minutes. Questions first? Email hello@rushrunner.app.
- What happens to our data after rush?
- Rush chairs can delete any PNM at any time, along with their photo, notes, and votes. When rush is over, one button clears everyone who didn't get a bid, plus every note, vote, and event. Guys who got a bid keep just their profile.
