Sign-ups
A QR code instead of a Google Form
Every chapter gets its own sign-up link and printable QR code. PNMs fill it out on their phone in under a minute.
- Name, photo, email, phone, and hometown always asked
- One-tap extra questions: Instagram, year, major, bio, interests
- Write your own: short answer, paragraph, or multiple choice
- Consent to store info and to receive texts, with STOP to opt out
- Spam and duplicate sign-ups blocked
Roster and profiles
Every PNM, with a face
A photo grid the whole chapter can search and filter. Tap anyone for their profile, Instagram, and everything the chapter knows about them.
- Search by name, filter by interests and status
- Sort by fewest notes so brothers know who still needs to be met
- What we know: neutral facts gathered from every brother's notes
- Rush chairs edit, mark bids and cuts, or delete
Voice notes
Talk for 20 seconds. Get a clean note.
The core of Rush Runner. Brothers record a quick memo after a conversation and AI turns it into a note, a list of facts, and a suggested rating. The brother reviews it and confirms the rating.
- About 7 seconds from stop to a finished note
- Leaves out looks, race, religion, health, and family money
- Audio is deleted right after it's transcribed
- Prefer typing? Type it and let AI tidy it up, or skip AI
Events and rushcom
Invites, texts, and attendance in one place
Rush chairs create events and tap faces to invite PNMs. Each PNM belongs to a rushcom member, who texts them from their own phone and marks it in the app.

Voting
Anonymous votes, clear results
Open a round, and brothers swipe through PNMs one at a time. Results appear only when you close the round, as counts. Who voted how is erased for good.
- Yes, maybe, or no, with swipe or big buttons
- Change votes until the round closes
- Ranking with yes, maybe, and no counts
- Share results with actives, or keep them with rush leadership

A rush-chair-only shortlist
Flag PNMs as Bid, Looking to bid, Possible bid, or Dropping. Only rush chairs can see tiers, separate from anyone's ratings.
